Lubomir Kotleba, Advisor to the Secretary General of FIBA, is expected to arrive in Bermuda in February for a 2-day official visit as guest of the Bermuda Basketball Association (BBA).
Kotleba, who was the former FIBA Sports Director for 25 years, is scheduled to meet with the BBA Executive members, Bermuda Olympic Association, the Ministry of Youth & Sport, and other stakeholders of the game.
It is expected that after his visit, the BBA will be guided by FIBA in terms of development of the game in Bermuda. His mission will also help FIBA in formulating strategies for the development and support of other National Basketball Federations.
