Lowe Heading to Sheffield for Masters & Basketball

Jonathan Lowe will embark on a new adventure on Sunday when he heads to Sheffield Hallam University to get his Master’s Degree in Food Consumer Marketing and Product Development, he is also looking to make the cut and represent the school’s Men’s Basketball Team.
Lowe who spent time in the US in College, has represented Bermuda Internationally, most recently at the Caribbean Basketball Championships and the Island Games.
The youngster who started Basketball late found the love for the sport and has not looked back, try as he puts it to make a name for himself.
The Sheffield Hallam Men’s Basketball team play in the British Universities and College Sports Northern 1A Division.
Lowe who worked several jobs over the Summer months to make this possible is still short on funds but is hoping for a little help.
“Some may think that it is all about finances, yes that will help but more important is the encouraging words, that is what makes a big difference,” said Lowe.
