The newly designed CBC Championship Trophy and Medals have arrived. In January 2015, the Executive Committee of the CBC decided to create a unique trophy cup for the CBC Championships which will bear the name “Caribbean Cup.”
CBC's Vice President of Finance and Marketing, Mr. Patrick Haynes from Georgetown, Guyana, designed the trophy for the 2015 CBC Senior Championships for Men and Women. The CBC Caribbean Cup will be presented to the Caribbean Men and Women Champions for the first time following the Finals on June 12th for Women and June 21st for Men in Tortola, British Virgin Islands.
The newly adopted Medal design was created Patrick Haynes from Guyana. The new CBC Medals will be the Olympic style format with the CBC logo in the center and the text "XXIII CBC CHAMPIONSHIP FOR MEN" at the top and the host country and year at the bottom "TORTOLA 2015." The medals are 76.2 mm in diameter and 4.0 mm in thickness.
Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be awarded to the top three (3) teams in the Men and Women Championships.
