The Bermuda Basketball Association Premier Basketball Leagues play-offs got underway inside the Somersfield Academy Gymnasium.
Game 1 saw the St George's International defeated the Southampton Titans 50 – 38 to take a 1 – 0 lead in the Double Elimination series. Dion Bean scored a game high 16 points to lead the St. George’s International’s to victory, while Reggie Tolosa scored 11 points for the Southampton Titans.
Game two saw the Hamilton Tsunamis defeat the Warwick Rimrockers 55 - 44. Graham Robinson scored a game high 29 points for the Hamilton Tsunamis, while Chris Crumpler scored 21 points for the Warwick Rimrockers.
