www.islandstats.com can confirm that Jenaya Wade-Fray has made the official Great Britain Eurobasket tournament team after the second Cut.
The Great Britain training squad had 17 players to cut back to 12. Wade-Fray will now face Portugal on the weekend and then travels to Belgium and Holland on Monday.
Wade-Fray said, “The coach is really happy with my performances in Training, he has indicated to me that I still need to work on Defense. But have gotten a lot better, I have made great strides”.
Wade-Fray’s Head coach Tom Maher said, “There's no doubt she can be a Pro Player, she has Great Talent, but she just needs to make more plays on Defense like she does on Offense.
