The Bermuda Netball Association President Kimale Evans said, “We are excited to finally start our 2020/21 Netball Season this coming Saturday, November 28th, 2020. Despite all the challenges due to COVID-19, we the BNA have researched, discussed, and prepared for gameplay as best we can, given the current climate of our island.
Under an abundance of caution and the recent government update on November 24th, 2020 regarding reducing social gatherings to 50 persons, NO spectators will be allowed to enter the courts and may only view matches from outside the perimeter.
You will find attached multiple documents outlining policies, procedures, and protocols to be adhered to and followed by all Coaches, Players, Officials, and the general public. We ask that coaches provide their teams with these documents so that they are aware and may individually prepare for what is the BNA's current new norm.”
