What started out as a good day once again ended with rain halting Senior League games as the Bermuda Netball Association’s Season resumed at the Bernard Park.
Under 11 League
Storm Lightning defeated the Warriors 35 – 0, MVP Zeni Hansey scored 13 goals to lead the Storm Lightning to victory, while Malaysia Furbert added 9 goals, Ameerah Outerbridge scored 8 goals and Zuri Davis scored once.
The Storm Thunder defeated the North Village Lady Rams 6 – 3, the North Village Lady Rams got 3 goals from Rayah Holman, while Siena Frankson was named the MVP for the Storm Thunder.
The Phoenix Sparks defeated the Rangers 24 – 3, SaNaa Grant led the Phoenix Sparks to victory with 8 goals, while Cola Rollins and MVP Hailey Trott both added 4 goals each. Shiloh Simmons added 3 goals, Leigh’s Ferguson and Dela Stowe-Eve both added 2 goals each and Alaysia Scott scored once. The Rangers got 2 goals from Saajida Daniels and A’Meerah Richardson-Swan scored once, the Rangers MVP was Ja’miyah Johnston.
Under 14 League:
The North Village Lady Rams Red defeated the Lindos Cubs 26 – 2, the North Village Lady Rams Red got 13 goals from Xaanas Green, Jazya Brimmer-Peets added 9 goals and Dion’s Rudolph scored 4 times. The Lindos Cibs MVP Sauny Trott scored their 2 goals.
The Storm defeated the North Village Lady Rams White 43 – 5. Jaelyn Rewan scored 17 goals for the Storm, while Makaylie Smith added 16 goals, Anisa Seon scored 8 times and Amayah Burt scored 4 goals. The MVP for the Storm was Jamir Hatherly. The North Village Lady Rams White got 3 goals from Ra’eesah Robinson and 2 goals from Kari Virgil, Camryn Lines was the teams MVP.
Under 17 League:
The Phoenix Fire edged the North Village Lady Rams White 14 – 13, Rahkshana Sureshkumar led the Phoenix Fire with 9 goals, Kayah Martin added 3 goals and K’xiyae Gibbons scored twice, while the North Village Lady Rams White got 6 goals from Sanaa Berkeley, while Coriah Simmons added 5 goals and Jessie DeBraga scored once. Alexcie Smith was named the Phoenix Fire MVP.
The Storm defeated the North Village Lady Rams Red 20 – 2. Zidonnae Robinson led the Storm with 13 goals, Imani Burgess added 5 goals and MVP Selah Tuzo scored twice, while the North Village Lady Rams Red got single goals from Jazz-I Butterfield-Rollins and Malika Tankard scored once, Sa’Mya Lightbourne was the teams MVP.
Senior League
Seniors scores it rained at the beginning of 3rd quarter so score stands as was.
Lindos Tigers defeated the Storm 28 – 19, JahKenya Trott led the Lindo’s Tigers with 15 goals, while JahTuere Trott added 13 goals, while the Storm got 10 goals from Nabiilah Nasir and Jay-Lynn Hines chipped in with 9 goals. Khianda Pearman was named the Lindo’s Tigers MVP.
