Yesterday www.islandstats.com reported that the International Netball Federation (INF) updated its rankings to reflect matches played between the March 20th and July 1st.
The Bermuda Netball Association is excited that it has successfully completed its bid to becoming a World Ranked Team once again!
In 2013 Bermuda exited the International scene as countries are required to play a minimum of 8 international matches within a two year period.
The updated rankings reflect matches played between the 20th March and 1stJuly 2017. Matches played between July 2014 and June 2016 now have a 50% weighting, those played since July 2016 (and up to June 2018) are weighted at 100%. Matches played before July 2014 are no longer included in determining the world rankings.
