Going into the match Bermuda decided to go with a more defensive line up to try and combat the height and athleticism of the Jamaica team.

Bermuda won the toss and started the match looking very flat. Carless attacking play saw Bermuda turnover the ball several times, with them seeming to be unable to get into a rhythm ending the 1st Quarter down 8-3.

To start the 2nd Quarter Bermuda brought Demiqua Daniels in at Goal Defense, with Zariah Amory shifting positions to Center. Unfortunately Bermuda continued to concede goals as Jamaica stepped up their intensity out scoring Bermuda 14 – 3, to hold a half time lead 23 - 6.

Bermuda continued to make adjustments and at the start of the 3rd Quarter Ryann Hollis came in at Wing Attack, with Selah Tuzo moving to the Center position.

Bermuda continued to impressive in the Quarter as they've done throughout the tournament, by keeping possession of the ball, which visible seemed to frustrate Jamaica only allowing them to score 6 goals ending this quarter leading 28 – 7.

In the final Quarter Bermuda tried to keep possession of the ball but was still unable to finish only scoring two goals, the Quarter saw the reentry of Zariah Amory at Goal Keeper moving Inshan-nae Smith to Goal Shooter for Donnauri Robinson, Jamaica eventually won the match 39 – 9.

Having lost their first match of the day, Bermuda went back to the hotel to regroup and refocused leaving the morning game behind.

This resulted in Bermuda taking command of the match ending the first quarter leading 9 - 3.

The second quarter saw all out defensive play creating numerous interceptions, as Antigua tried to force the lob pass into their circle which was constantly picked off by Debre Evans and Inshan-nae Smith, with Bermuda capitalizing and further extending their lead by 13 into the half time break leading 22 - 8.

To start the Third quarter Micah Pond entered the game at Wing Attack, with Selah Tuzo moving to the Center position. While this was a low scoring quarter Bermuda was able to keep possession of the ball taking their time penetrating the mid-court, they ended the quarter leading 27 – 12.

The fourth and final quarter saw Bermuda make 4 substitutions with Kaamilah Nasir at Goal Shooter, Ryann Hollis at Center, Mi'Kerah Moore at Wing Defense and Nabillah Nasir at Goal Defense, moving Inshan-nae Smith to Goal Keeper. These subs continued to impress with some excellent ball movement throughout the court, penetrating the Antigua defense with ease, scoring 12 goals and allowing only 1, making the final score 39 – 13.

Donnauri Robinson again led Bermuda with 18 goals, Zekiah Lewis added 14 goals and Kaamilah Nasir scored 7 times.
