As we reported over the weekend, Nathan Armstrong had a great season opener along with his Pompton Lakes High School Cross Country teammates.
Shaking the rust off and getting back to business during the Garret Mountaint Cross Country race, Armstrong led wire to wire in a comfortable winning time of 16:36.
