Terrance and Nathan Armstrong competed in the 6th Annual 5K Run (In Memory of SSG Jorge Oliveira) in New Jersey.
The race was run with social distancing, competitors were started in a single file and used chip timing on your bib number.
Nathan finished second overall clocking a time of 16:01.5, he was edged out by David Oliveria who was clocked at 15:59.0, while Terrance finished third overall with a time of 17:52, his time saw him finish first in the Men’s 36-50 Age Group.
Terrance Armstrong said, “It turned out to be more of a solo tempo run for us as we raced against ourselves and the clock. But it was great to have Nathan to put an official race time on paper to see where his fitness is.
It is a great start of the season for him!!”
