Chayce Smith and Gayle Lindsay were crowned the 2019 Labour Day Road Race Male and Female Champions as the Bermuda 2019/2020 Road Race Season got underway.
Smith was clocked across the line in a time of 16:31, with Damian Gold second clocking 18:32 and Lindsay was third across the line in a time of 20:03.
Rounding out the top three male finishers was Phil Alvey who had a time of 20:37 . Bella Wright was the second female finisher and 7th overall clocking 21:25 and Catherine Mello was the third female finisher and 10th overall clocking 21:38.
