Nathan Armstrong the son of Terrance Armstrong the Bermuda Day Half Marathon winner back in 2004 – 2006 competed in the NJ State track 7 Field Sectionals.
Armstrong would meet the Qualifying Standards in the 3200m with a 2nd place finish in a time of 10:07.21. Just falling short in the 1600m by 1 spot, placing 7th with an Indoor Personal Best time of 4:39.77.
In doing so Armstrong has met the Qualifying Standards for the Carifta Games, Armstrong would meet the Under 17 Boy’s time of 1500m when he was clocked at 4:20.63, while competing in the 1600m, he would then clock a 3000m Qualifying time of 9:25.98 while taking part in the 3200m.
