Lamont Marshall and the Bermuda Day Half Marathon Derby committee have settled their differences and as a result Marshall will line up on the Start Line for the Half Marathon on May 25th.
It was last years, when Marshall announced on www.islandstats.com that he will not be racing and defending his title that he won in 2016, due to funds.
Since which all the parties have met and both sides got the chance to clear the air and now Marshall wants to move on.
Marshall said, “When I first went to the meeting, the first thing Committee Chairwoman Dr. Gina Tucker said was congrats on breaking the records, that to me spoke volumes.”
Marshall will be looking to reclaim the title he won coming out of the West End in 2016, but as he puts it, challenges will come.”
