Chris Estwanik and Rose-Anna Hoey are the 2017 Lindo’s to Lindo’s 10K Road Race Male and Female Champions.
On a blustery day, with winds northwesterly strong gusts to gale force, occasionally increasing gale force with gusts gale force runners and walkers took on the challenge of making it from Lindo’s in Warwick to the Lindo’s in Devonshire.
Estwanik clocked a winning time of 34:06, with Ryan Wilson finishing in second clocking 35:43 and crossing the line in third place was Christopher Harris recording a time of 36:07.
Hoey was the 18th runner to cross the line overall stopping the clock in 41:39, Catherine Mello was the second and 22nd overall with a time of 41:56 and a further three spots back was the third female finisher Martina Olcheski-Bell who was clocked at 42:16.
Mike Watson was the Male winner of the 4 Mile Competitive Walk with a time of 33.40, while Emma Atherton won the Female race clocking 39:03 which put her 3rd over the line.

Hoey was the 18th runner to cross the line overall stopping the clock in 41:39, Catherine Mello was the second and 22nd overall with a time of 41:56 and a further three spots back was the third female finisher Martina Olcheski-Bell who was clocked at 42:16.
