Jessica Lewis, Bermuda’s Paralympian competed in the Niagara Falls Half Marathon where she recorded a Personal Best Time.
Lewis covered the 21.1k Distance knocking 6 minutes off her previous Best Time stopping the clock in 1:05.25.
Lewis was the First Female in the Wheelchair category and 11th overall, Lewis’ coach Curtis Thom’s son Canadian Paralympian Curtis Thom finished 8th with a time of 1:02:52, while another Canadian Paralympian Austin Smeenk finished 10th with a time of 1:05:24.
