A total of six new Records were set during the 2014 KPMG Round the Grounds Races held at the Botanical Gardens.
The first record fell in the Girls 4 Year Old race as Zaleya Showers clocked 1:41.1, the very next race produced another record with Sincere Smith clocking 1:38.5 in the Boy’s 4 Year Old race.
S'Nya Cumberback’s time of 1:28.5 saw her set a new 5 Year Old record, making it 3 records in three races. Jayson Simons set a new 8 Year Old Boys record clocking 6:27.4.
A new Record was set in the Girls 9 – 10 Age Group as Jade Johnston recorded a time of 6:26.4 and in the Boy’s 11 – 12 Age Group Jayden Ming recorded a new Record Time of 5:32.6.
