After almost a three-week break in the action, Tre Simons and his Limestone College Men's Cross Country teammates returned to competition at the Conference Carolinas Championships in Concord, North Carolina.
Limestone faced stiff competition throughout Conference Carolinas.
The Men's team earned the highest overall team mark between the Limestone teams as they finished sixth out of nine teams in the 8K.
Sophomore Tristan Perignon led the Men's program with an overall time of 27:14.94 to finish 25th in the 82-person field.
Freshman Scott Swing finished second among the Limestone College Men's team with a 27th place finish. He also finished under the 28 minute mark with a 27:19.87. Simons finished 56th clocking a time of 29:12.95.
