Competing in the Women’s 5K Race Bean clocked a time of 19:58, she helped guide Virginia State University to a first place finish overall in the Women’s Division
Virginia Union student Daniaria Brice finished second with a time of 20:15, while Shannon Lewis finished third in a time of 20:33 representing Virginia State.
