Austin Barlow continued a strong start to his freshman campaign with a 10th place showing at the Mule/Falcon Classic Invitational. Bermuda’s Ryan Gunn and Taylor Helbig also had top-20 performances as Penn State Berks finished 4th.
Gloucester finished with 42 points, narrowly edging Muhlenberg College who had 43 points for first place. Immaculata had 73 points, followed by Penn State Berks with 76. Centenary rounded out the top five with 115 points.
Barlow had a time of 21:55.4 to lead Penn State Berks for the second straight week. Gunn clocking a time of 22:51.6 crossing the in 16th place and Helbig clocked 23:03.3 finished 20th overall.
Michael Rissmiller and Rich Wall finished along side of each other. Rissmiller placed 28th with a time of 24:05.2 and Wall was 29th at 24:21.2.
Marius Espejo (34th), Jesse Funk (36th) and Brian Thomas (37th) rounded out the Penn State Berks runners.
