Some 17 friends and family travel to the US as part of Team ITALKART Bermuda recently.
As www.islandstats.com reported previously a total of 7 Bermuda Karting Club drivers competed across 5 different classes.
On the final day of the Sumas International Racing Academy Racing in Sumas, Whatcom County, Washington DC, two drivers competed.
In the TAG Senior Newbie for Age’s 16+ Class, saw Blake Horseman finish 2nd in the Qualifying Round, Horseman then won the Pre Final Race, before going on to win the Main Event Race.
In the IKF Tag Masters/Grand Masters Age 35+ Class, Jason North finished third in the Qualifying Round, he then finished 10th in the Pre Final Race, before winning the Main Event Race clocking a 12 lap time of 11:38.186.
