Bermuda Karting Club will host the Hamilton Grand Prix this coming weekend May 31st and June 1st along Front Street.
Through the assistance of the Corporation of Hamilton the Club is hoping that they will as much success they had during the Dockyard Grand Prix.
Following a number of years that the Karts have not had the opportunity to compete in Hamilton Bermuda Karting Club President Scott Barnes believes the time is right.
The Championship points will go down to the wire in several Classes, with Barnes currently leading the TAG Senior Class, with David Barbosa in second with 821 points and Stephen Corrado is in third with 748 points.
In the Junior Modified Clone 10 - 15 years old Class, Zavier Smith is the current leader with 746 points, while Blake Horseman is in second with 688 points and Lauryn Burgess is in third with 477 points.
D'Nico Durrant is the only competitor in the Junior Clone 7 - 10 years old Class, he has 477 points.
The Junior Cadet 7 - 12 years old Class is running hot as well, Nile Bean is the current leader with 88 points, while Jacob Pereira is in second with 78 points and Koidi Simmons is in third with 71 points.
Barnes is the leader in the 125cc Shifter Class with 824 points, Carrado is in second with 772 points and Brandon Frank is in third with 715 points.
