Scott Barnes’ dominance at the Southside Moto Sports Park continued winning four of six races he entered during Bermuda Karting Association racing.
Barnes won three races in the 125cc Shifter Class, while winning one race in the TAG Senior Class.
David Barbosa won Heat One in the TAG Senior Class with Stephen Corrado finishing second and Patrick Ingham finished third. In Heat Two a crash involving Jason North and David Barbosa threatened to spoil the day, but even though North ended up with his Kart on to of Barbosa’s racing continued.
Both drivers were un-injured, following that crash Barnes race was ended when his brakes locked up and he plowed into the safety bunkers thus leaving Patrick Ingham to drive to victory, Corrado finished second and Amber Lopes finished third.
