Bermuda BMRC Current Standings

After bringing you the results of the Bermuda Motorcycle Racing Club’s race day yesterday, today we bring you the current standings.

Kymaree Pitt leads the Minibike Junior Division with 285 points, Jediah Cumbermack is in second with 277 points and Aeziah Divine is in third with 191 points.

Nasaje Anderson is the current leader in the Scooter 70 Class with 218 points, Kenny DeSilva is in second with 170 points and Ricky Wade is in third with 119.

The Scooter 4T Class is being led by Edward Cook who has 325 points, Jason Pacheco is in second with 251 points and Dandre Outerbridge is in third with 196 points.

The Formula Xtreme Class is led by Sheun Simmons who has 136 points, while Jason Pacheco is in second with 135 and Nathaniel Binega-Northcott is third with 106.

BMRC Race Day Round Up

The Bermuda Motorcycle Racing Club’s 2018 Circuit Racing Championship season continued at the Motor Sports Park on Southside.

Jediah Cumbermack won two of the three Mini Bike Class races, with Aiden Lopes winning the other. Edward Cook once again dominated the Scooter Open Class winning all three races.

Kenny DeSilva won the two Scooter 70 Class races on the day.

Mitchell Competes in Motocross Championships

Jyire Mitchell competed in the Walton TransCan Grand National Championship Motocross in Canada.

Mitchell competing in the 450 Pro Moto Class.

Mitchell finished in 15th place after Two Moto’s.

Mitchell Did Not Finish the First Moto, before crossing the line 9th in the Second Moto.

Mitchell Wins Grand National Championship Class

Jyire Mitchell competed in the Walton TransCan Grand National Championship Motocross in Canada.

Mitchell competed in the Youth 14-29 International/Pro Class.

Mitchell won both Moto’s to finish on top of the Class.

Barnes On The Podium in Elkhart Grand Prix

Scott Barnes concluded competing in the Thor Industries Elkhart Grand Prix in Elkhart, Indiana.

Barnes competing in the 125cc Shifter Class Final finished 3rd, Barnes had his best lap time of 14:08.593 on his 5th lap of the 20 lap race that featured 19 competitors.

During the 206 Heavy Class Barnes finished 13th out of 34 drivers, this after running 7th for most of the race nose to tail with 2nd-8th, unfortunately Barnes spun out with two laps to go trying to avoid two guys spinning in front of him.

Barnes said, “Leaving RiverWalk Elkhart Grand Prix with a Podium finish in the 125 Shifter class. Probably the coolest race weekend I’ve been too, Elkhart put on a great event.”

Barnes concluded, “Overall I had fun, on a crazy track, awesome atmosphere, good weekend, I will be back next year.”
