The start of the 2020 Royal Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Clubs’ Wednesday Night Racing delayed due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, the organization have staged the first Virtual Regatta.
A total of 39 boas went to the startline for a four race series, in two fleets, with some Bermuda household names in the sport competing.
Following the four races, Kipling Rossouw was the winner with 5 Net Points, Rossouw sailing in the White Fleet won the second race and finishing second in the first and the fourth race, Rossouw would throw out his third place finish that came in the third race.
Three boats finished on 6 points, with Somers Kempe was declared second overall, with two wins and a fourth sailing in the White Fleet, while Kelsey Durham was third sailing in the Red Fleet, Sabastian Kempe was fourth also sailing in nthe Red Fleet.
Bermuda Olympian Ceci Wollmann rounded out the top five finishers when she finished with 7 Net Points sailing in the White Fleet.
