Olympian Wollmann Finishes 8th in World Championships

Bermuda Olympian Ceci Wollmann and her brother Mikey Wollmann concluded competing in the 46th AON Youth Sailing World Championships in Auckland, New Zealand.
On the Final Day of the Nacra 15 Open Class Wollmann moved up two places to end the competition in 8th.
Tim Mourniac & Charles Dorange (FRA) were crowned today in Auckland as first Nacra 15 Youth Worlds Champions.
With thirteen races completed Wollmann finished with 106 Net Points.
Only one race was sailed on the final day, with the Wollmann’s finishing 2nd.
Wollmann who held the lead after race day one, recorded seven top ten finishes that included winning the second race of the series.
