Bermuda Wednesday Night Sailing & Burgess Competes

Twenty-four boats went to the start line for Race Day Twenty of the 2016 Wednesday Night Sailing that begins and ends in the Hamilton Harbor.
Nasty Medicine crossed the line first with a time of 46:09 and with their corrected time of 50:21 saw them finish Third on the night. Crossfire was the second boat to cross the line clocking a time of 47:30, with their corrected time of 51:37 saw them finish Sixth on the night. The third boat to cross the line on the night was Raggamuffin clocking 54:53 and with their corrected time of 50:44 saw them finish Fourth on the night.
Peppercorn with their corrected time of 49:01 saw them finish 1st on the night after crossing the line in 58:39, Solna II was second on the night with a corrected time of 49.05 and Solaise rounded out the top five finishers on the night with a corrected time of 51.24.
Meanwhile Kyle Burgess helped his St. Mary's College of Maryland Sailing teammates finished 15th overall in the Harry Anderson Jr Trophy hosted by Yale.
Burgess sailing the St. Mary’s Division B boat finished 13th, with a score of 168.
In the B Division Burgess recorded 5 top ten finishes in the 15 race Regatta.
Burgess’ best finish was a 3rd place finish in race thirteen.
