Cooper Helps St. Mary's Finish 3rd in National Championships

Mackenzie Cooper helped guide his St. Mary’s College of Maryland teammates to a third place finish in the Laser Performance Team Race National Championship on North San Diego Bay co-hosted by San Diego Yacht Club and the Pacific Coast Collegiate Sailing Conference.
On the final day of the Championships, Cooper and St. Mary’s College of Maryland sailed in the Final Four.
They recorded one win and two losses, they defeated the Georgetown University, but they fell to Yale University and the Boston College to finish with an overall record of 18 – 7.
Yale University were crowned the Champions with an overall record of 21 – 4, with the Georgetown University finishing second with a record of 19 – 6.
