Bermuda Sailors Compete in Peru

Team Bermuda has completed four Fleet races thus far in the IODA South American Championships in Paracas Peru.

The Bermuda Sailors are amongst 12 nations and 153 sailors competing. Making up the Bermuda team are Adam Larson, Tayte Stefaniuk, Campbell Patton, Micah Thomas Raynor and Jordan Etemadi.

Thus far winds have been in the moderate range of 10-13kts.

Following four races Larson is leading the Bermuda team in 27th followed by Stefaniuk in 32nd, Patton is currently in 59th, Etemadi is in 89th and Thomas Raynor in 124th.

The overall leader is Tiage Quevedo from Brazil followed by Benjamin Fuenzalida from Chile and Teddy Nicolosi from the Virgin Islands who was a Junior Gold Cup competitor here in Bermuda in 2013.
