Following their second-place finish at the America Trophy, five members including Joshua Greenslade of the St. Mary's College of Maryland sailing team were named All-Middle Atlantic Intercollegiate Sailing Association.
Fresh off his win in Division B at the America Trophy, senior Fletcher Sims earned a first team All-MAISA award as a coed skipper. Junior Nick Clemence and senior Greenslade were also recognized for strong campaigns as skippers with a second team nod.
Sims and Greenslade are both repeat All-Stars as Sims was a second team selection last year while Greenslade earned First Team Honors.
Seniors Kelley Merryman and Nicole DeAngeli were also honored by MAISA with selections as All-MAISA at crew.
With the regular season all wrapped up now, St. Mary's College of Maryland will now their focus and energy to the two National Championships that they will host and compete in – the ICSA Team Race Nationals May 31st – June 2nd and the ICSA Dinghy Nationals June 3rd – 6th.
