Today was Industry Partner Day during the Quantum Key West 2014 International Sailing Regatta, with the weather making it a perfect day for racing.
Bermuda is being represented by Alec Cutler sailing Hedgehog and Chuck Millican in Elusive.
After nine races in the Melges 32 Class, Cutler has fallen out of first place and now holds the second place position with 14 points, Cutler finished the first race of the day and the seventh of the Regatta in third place, he then recorded another back to back second place finishes. Cutler trails new leader Dalton DeVos from the United States sailing Delta by one point.
Millican fell one place from his starting position of 36th and now sits in 37th with 233 points in the J 70 Class, Millican and his crew sailed three races on day three, he finished 35th in the first race of the day, he and his crew then finished 37th in the second race before ending the day finishing in 31st place.
