The Roger Williams University Sailing team placed eighth at the Professor Steadman Hood Trophy Intersectional Regatta held at Tufts University, totaling 74 points overall.
In A Division, Haley Powell and Alyssa Seifert placed tenth out of 21 teams. The sailing pair placed in the top five in two of the four races, including one first-place finish.
Powell and Seifert totaled 39 points.
In B Division, Roger Williams finished ninth due to the performances of Andrew Tamblyn and Daniel Goldman. The duo placed in the top-ten in three of the four races, while earning themselves a total of 35 points.
