Willie Clemons and his Bodens BK teammates are dreaming winning the League when they face Piteå on the road tomorrow. Many scenarios can arrange the steak, but the easiest thing is of course that you do the job and defeat Piteå who fight to reach third place at its best.
"It's a good idea to play a match like this, so take the opportunity to do something and do something good," says BBK coach Tomas Eriksson.
Piteå is currently in fifth place, but it's hard just under the qualifying line where four teams can end up on all sorts of positions when the series will be summed up in the afternoon. But the fall has been heavy for the red-white who won only one of the last six matches. Lastly, you fell to Kramfors with 1-2, but you probably want to finish the series nicely and put sticks in the wheels for BBK.
But what dreams like BBK have created. The leader is leading two points ahead of Hudiksvall, which also has 16 goals better than in goal difference, which in practice means that in a tie or win, BBK will take home the series. But then it should also be remembered that Hudiksvall meets IFK Luleå, which is three points behind them, and can climb past Hudiksvall in the final round, so BBK's bitterest rivals also have a chance at a qualifying place. Thus, Hudiksvall may also lose points for the series sector to be completed. Who had believed in this development just a couple of weeks ago when we dreamed of even getting into trouble?
