Sean Trott was back in action competing in the St. Albans 10k crossing the line in 3rd place.
Trott was clocked across the line in a time of 35:00, he finished 40 seconds behind the winner Stephen Buckle who clocked 34:10 and Barnaby Walker was second in 34:41.
