On their first full day Stateside saw the Chelsea Women’s players begin with breakfast at the hotel. A team meeting followed and a familiar face was back amongst the squad having spent most of this year undertaking her injury rehabilitation in the U.S.
Not only was Mia Fishel reunited with her teammates, she finally got her hands on her Women’s Super League winners medal. General manager Paul Green presented the forward with her prize, which was met by applause from her fellow Blues.
