Bascome said, "We would have loved to open the Island Soccer League on a weekend, but do to scheduling we could not. After some new dates had become available, we decided to make some scheduling changes, and present an entire weekend of ISL games".
Bascome continued, "We felt the changes were needed to help accommodate families by not needing to be out late on school nights".
The ISL’s official weekend and scheduling changes are as follows:1) Monday, May 21st has been re-scheduled to Sunday, May 27th Titans/Royal & Storm/Union at 3:00 PM and Tuesday May 22nd has been re-scheduled to Sunday, June 10th Apex/Kings & Arsenal/Knights at 3:00 PM
2) The Reaching Your Goals ticket promotion, which gives ONE FREE student ticket, for each paid ADULT ticket, will be accepted on all three nights; Friday, May 25th, Saturday, May 26th and Sunday, May 27th. Completed forms can be presented at all ticket outlets and at the gates the night of the games.
3) Flyers can be printed from islsoccer.com on the “Communities” page
4) Flyers can not be used in conjunction with the Blue Ticket Special
The ISL weekend will consist of the following special events, giveaways and promotions:1) General Admittance tickets, which are regularly $20 per night, can be
purchased at a special weekend package rate of $45 for all three nights. Tickets must be purchased in advance at a CellularOne Ticket Outlets to receive the discount
2) Side Kicks will be giving away mini soccer balls to the first 200 fans at the gate on Friday night, and Sunday night
3) Following Friday nights game, Bootsie’s Comedy Club will be hosting a lounge party
4) Double S will continue to be the MC and voice of the ISL
5) Saturday will be special CellularOne giveaways
6) The Majorettes and other special guest appearances throughout the weekend
The Blue Ticket Special places a limited number of open ended General Admittance Tickets on Commissioner Bascome. These tickets will be sold at this time for $10 each.1) There will be a limited number available throughout the season
2) Only one way to get them, through David Bascome
3) Approach him when you see him, he may, or may not have them

5) There will be appearances once a week and he will have limited numbers with him
6) First appearance, Wednesday May, 23 Noon – 3:00 PM, CellularOne Reid Street Store and Harbor Nights, ISL Booth
