Reggie Lambe was named Man of the Match, making his debut for Stowmarket Town in the FA Vase as they picked up a 5 – 0 win over Eynesbury Rovers at Greens Meadow.
Jack Ainsley and Seb Dunbar both struck in the first half to hand Stowmarket a 2-0 lead, as they made a pleasing start to their first outing in six weeks.
New signing Lambe marked his debut with a goal after the break, debutant Lambe’s header looped over the visiting goalkeeper Shay Griffiths to make it 3-0 on 54 minutes, before Josh Mayhew and substitute Luke Read completed the scoring as new manager Paul Musgrove got off to the perfect start in his first game in charge.
