The long wait is now over as the Bermuda Football Association finally announced the Senior Men’s National Team that will play against El Salvador on Friday, November 16th at 8:00 p.m. in the CONCACAF Nations League Qualifying Round Match at the National Sports Center.
The Bermuda team went through their paces at the National Sports Center North Field with all players in attendance, Reggie Lambe will be handed back the captains armband after Dante Leverock led the team in the previous match.
Bermuda welcome back welcome Nahki Wells who has not worn a Bermuda Jersey in competition for a few years for various reasons, with Jonte Smith who did not feature in the last match, but scored Bermuda’s first ever goal of the tournament out of squad.
It is the hope that with Wells’ presences the team will strengthen their position in the Group ahead of their final match versus the Dominican Republic in March 2019.
Friday's match is poised to be an intense encounter with Bermuda looking to overcome past defeats at the hands of El Salvador.
