A goal in each half from Cameron Peters was enough to secure a 2-0 victory for Kacy Milan Butterfield and his Development Squad teammates over Bradford City.
The young striker pounced on a defensive error on the half hour mark to open the scoring before heading home his second of the afternoon ten minutes into the second half to seal all three points.
John Ward’s side made the trip up to Apperley Bridge with the likes of Florent Cuvelier, Liam Kinsella and Matt Preston given starting berths amongst a clutch of youngsters.
The game also marked the return of one time Bradford City keeper Chandler Hallwood who will be pleased to have come away from Yorkshire with a clean sheet.
