The Somerset Trojans got their involvement in the CFU Club Championships Groups 2 Stages underway in Haiti against the host club Don Bosco FC.

Early in the game the Somerset Trojans were under pressure, but was using the counter attack to keep the host Don Bosco FC off balance.
In the 33rd minute the host were force to make a substitution Dede replaced Venel, eleven minutes later Dede gave the home team the lead, they would take that 1 – 0 lead to the break.
Early in the second half Jaellan Greaves replaced Johnathan Bean for the Somerset Trojans, but in the 60th minute Don Bosco doubled their lead with a goal from Massingno, Fede went off injured and he was replaced by Campomar, while Folson was replaced by Benchy.
Just as the first substitute did Campomar added his name to the scoresheet finding the back of the net in the 76th minute, five minutes later it was 4 – 0 when Benchy became the third Don Bosco substitute to score a goal, the scoring was ended in the 88th minute when Massingo scored his second goal of the game to make the final score 5 – 0.
