Bermuda - Guatemala Match Update

Bermuda Starting Line-up: Freddy Hall, Tyrell Burgess, Jaylon Bather, Dante Leverock, Jalen Harvey, Tre Ming, Keishen Bean, Damon Ming, Reggie Lambe, Zeiko Lewis, Jonte Smith.

Bermuda has matched Guatemala in the first half battling them evenly. Guatemala has thrown a lot at the Bermuda team, but they have stood strong ending the half level at 0 – 0. Ming and Burgess received a yellow card each in the first half of the match the only cards shown in the game thus far. When the half time whistle blew the Guatemala crowd voiced their displeasure with the team with a chorus of boo’s.

Both teams made changes in the second half with Lewis coming off and Justin Donawa going on in the 61st minute, seven minutes later Guatemala made a change with Jean Marquez making way for Carlos Mejia. Smith picked up the third yellow card of the game for Bermuda.

Mynor Lopez made his way into the game for the home team in the 75th minute replacing Marvin Avila, Rai Simons was then introduced by Bermuda coach Andrew Bascome in the 77th minute with Jonte Smith coming off. Four minutes later Burgess made way for Angelo Simmons, while the home team made a change one minute later with Kendel Herrarte replacing Jose Contreras.

Minutes later the stadium lights went out leaving the place in darkness.
