The Dandy Town Hornets advanced to the Semi-Finals of the Bermuda Football Association’s FA Challenge Cup after the defeated Robin Hood 3 – 0 at the BAA Field.
The Dandy Town Hornets took an early lead when Jahnazae Swan finished off a cross from Clay Darrell.
From a Robin Hood throw, unintentional contact was made between a Robin Hood player and a Dandy Town player, with the Robin Hood team appearing to stop thinking they would hear a whistle, the ball fell to Darrell who’s early cross eluded a defender before Swan put the ball away.
Midway through the second half the Dandy Town Hornets lead was doubled when Jahtino Richardson-Martin found the back of the net. In the 80th minute the score was 3 – 0, when Ashaun Smith scored and with no further goals the score remained the same 3 – 0.
