Huddersfield Town Bermudian striker Nahki Wells is saddened that Grant Holt is set for a spell on the sidelines due to a knee injury. In a three month loan spell at Huddersfield Town that ended on December 28th, the 33 year-old scored two goals in 15 appearances. The final of those appearances came at Rotherham United on Boxing Day, when he was substituted early in the second-half with a problem. Subsequently, upon his return to parent club Wigan Athletic, Grant’s injury has been diagnosed as a serious injury to his right knee. Wells said, “Sad to hear the news about Holt, I hope he has a speedy recovery. Was an absolute pleasure to play with him, I know he will dominate the rehab and be back to his best soon.”
