Jonte Smith and his PS Kemi teammates were away from home taking on OPS, the game had a steady stream of torque from start to finish.
The teams were quite evenly matched, with the score remaining 0 – 0 until the 88th minute when OPS found the back of the net to earn the 1 – 0 victory.
The Kemi Kings had ever dangerous Billy Lons and Jonte Smith working hard up front, but they were both held in check.
Lons had an early chance, the Englishman raced at high speed pass the OPS defense but raced his shot over the top. Top marksman Smith, thought he had continued his goalscoring streak, but he turned a Tom Könönen strong low cross over the top from close range.
With the teams looking as if they were going to share the points, OPS got the all-important goal from Matias Juntunen who made now mistake from some eight yards out.
