Wells in the Running for Bradford Award

There is now only around twenty-four hours left until the winner of Bradford City's 2011/2012 Player of the Year is finally revealed.

The chosen player will be given the Telegraph & Argus-sponsored trophy during the club's end of season awards evening on Tuesday April 24th.

As the season has progressed, a number of contenders for the title began to emerge.

The lighting pace and trickery of wing wizard Kyel Reid is likely to see him high up in the voting ranks, while top scorer James Hanson has also impressed with his scoring feats once again this season.

Hanson's strike partner Nahki Wells also has a chance as he has improved scoring vital goals during the season, Ritchie Jones has also caught the eye with his energy and endeavor in midfield and center half duo Andrew Davies and Luke Oliver are possible winners as well given their defensive heroics this season.

The awards ceremony itself will be hosted by the Friends of Bradford City supporter group and will be held in the McCall Suite at the Coral Windows Stadium.
