Bermuda's CFU and FIFA Rankings

Although the Bermuda National Squad has not played a competitive match since the World Cup campaign, it would appear that it has not hurt their CFU or FIFA Rankings.

Bermuda at the beginning of the year was ranked 6th in the CFU and 106th in the FIFA Rankings, following the latest release, Bermuda are still ranked 6th in CFU and are now 106th in the FIFA Rankings.

St Kitts and Nevis were the biggest movers in the latest edition of the Caribbean Football Union rankings released, as Jamaica continue to rule the roost in the region.

St Kitts moved up two places into seventh spot in CFU, after jumping eight spots in the overall FIFA rankings.

Their progress in the rankings was largely due to their 1-0 defeat of Antigua and Barbuda in an international friendly in Basseterre last weekend.

Meanwhile, Jamaica, the reigning Caribbean champions, slumped four places in the FIFA rankings, but remained atop CFU.

Their slip in the FIFA rankings comes despite three victories in the last month when they twice beat Cuba and also defeated New Zealand.

There are no major changes elsewhere in the rankings as French side Haiti remained second, while Trinidad and Tobago's Soca Warriors were third.

Antigua and Barbuda stay fourth despite plunging five places in the FIFA rankings, while Guyana hold on to fifth spot though dropping seven places internationally.
