At the Bernard Park, Charmari Burns gave the home team Young Men Social Club the lead in the 10th minute, an own goal two minutes later doubled the home team lead. Burns found the back of the net for a second time in the game to give the Young Men Social Club a 3 – 0 lead. Shaki Swan pulled a goal back for the visiting Prospect United in the 84th minute, but there were no further goals in the game as Young Men Social Club won 3 – 1.

At Malabar, Lozendro Symonds gave the visiting Devonshire Colts the lead over Ireland Rangers in the 26th minute, Darrin Williams doubled the lead in the 52nd minute.
