Andres Alvarez launched his team-leading ninth home run of the season to cap off a four-run bottom of the eighth inning as Altoona came back for a 13 - 12 victory over Adam Hall and his Bowie Baysox teammates at PNG Field.
There was no shortage of offense in a contest that featured 25 runs and 30 hits between the two Eastern League teams. Altoona (23-25) matched numerous franchise records in the win that stemmed from a massive second inning.
Unfortunately for Hall he went 0 for 4 from the plate.
