Hall's Aberdeen IronBirds Season Fielding Numbers

Adam Hall concluded a second year as a professional Baseball player in the Baltimore Orioles Minor League system earlier this year. Hall a Shortstop and Second Baseman, only played in 2 games in 2017, and then 62 in 2018, we now take a look at his Professional Fielding numbers.

Hall played 4 games at second Base and 59 at Shortstop, Hall started all 4 games when he was at Second Base, but started 58 of the 59 games played at Shortstop.

At Second Base, Hall would play 28 innings, he would have 10 Defensive Chances, he had 1 Put Out, 9 Assist, No Errors, with 1 Double Play Turn.

As the Shortstop position, Hall played a total of 491 Innings, he had 226 Defensive Chances, with 65 Put Outs, 148 Assist, 13 Errors and 29 Defensive Plays.

Stowe & Saint Louis Receive Collegiate Votes

Braxton Stowe and his Saint Louis University Men’s Baseball teammates received votes in the Collegiate Baseball 2019 Preseason Fabulous 40 Poll.

The team went 38-20 last year, making it to the NCAA Regional round. They occupied the No. 4-seed in the Oxford, Miss., regional, hosted by Ole Miss.

The Saint Louis University Men’s Baseball team kickoff the 2019 season with a four-game series against Miami Ohio in Hoover, Ala., February 15th – 17th.

Hall Gives Local Players Baseball Advice

Adam Hall is not taking this off season from his Aberdeen IronBirds team lightly as he is looking to continue his end of season form when the new season begins.

Hall spent a few days in Bermuda last week giving some tips to Bermuda's next generation of Baseball Players.

Hall speaking to www.islandstats.com about his off season preparation said, “It is going good & nothing too exciting really, just working out at the facility that I trained at here in London, Ontario during High School.”

“I am doing more weight training right now and as the season gets closer I will transition into more baseball specific activities,” concluded Hall.

Hall's Aberdeen IronBirds 2019 Season Announced
Adam Hall and his Aberdeen IronBirds teammates wait is over as the official 2019 season schedule has been released.

38 home games will be played at Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium throughout the summer that's packed with fan favorites the whole family can enjoy! Friday firework shows, pre-game Play Catch on the Field at Saturday home games and Kids Run the Bases along with Senior Stroll post-game on Sundays are all returning for 2019! The full IronBirds 2019 promotional schedule will be released in 2019.

Mark your calendars now as the summer fun begins on Friday, June 14th when the IronBirds take the field against the Hudson Valley Renegades for a two-game homestand. Following two games in Brooklyn against the Cyclones, the 'Birds return home to face the reigning New York-Penn League champion Tri-City ValleyCats, June 18th-20th.

"It's never too early to look forward to the next baseball season which is why we're so excited to share our 2019 schedule," said IronBirds General Manager Matt Slatus. "It's no secret that Leidos Field is Harford County's premier destination for summer fun and, of course, the best place to see your future Orioles."

Wednesday, July 3rd finds the IronBirds hosting the Connecticut Tigers at Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium. Following the game, the sky will light up with a special fireworks show in celebration of Independence Day. That night, along with every Saturday home game this season, will feature a variety of special entertainers.

New York-Penn League action becomes hotter than a summer day when the Lowell Spinners head down to Aberdeen (July 7th - 9th & July 13th - 15th), including two late-summer rubber matches against the Vermont Lake Monsters (Aug. 2nd - 4th & Aug. 17th - 19th). The IronBirds conclude the season at Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium with a three-game series against McNamara Division rival Brooklyn Cyclones (Aug. 28th - 30th).

There are a variety of ways that fans and families can cheer on the 'Birds in 2019, starting with The Best Ticket Plan Ever 5-game ticket package or the new 10-game plan that includes all Friday and Saturday games. The 10-game season seat membership is priced at just $90 and gives fans access to fireworks and special entertainment at each game in the plan, plus a tenth game free.

Stowe & Saint Louis Fall to Missouri

Braxton Stowe and his Saint Louis University Men’s Baseball teammates took on the University of Missouri in three six inning games.

Stowe and Saint Louis won the first match 4 – 0, but the University of Missouri would level the series at 1 – 1 when they won game two 3 – 0.

The series would come down to a third and final game with the University of Missouri winning 5 – 0 and claim the series 2 – 1.
