Four Quarter-Final matches took place on Day One with all matches ending in straight sets.
In the opening match of the tournament, Gavin Manders came from 3 – 0 down in the first set to defeat Tego Bean 6-4, 6-3.
Men’s number one seed Tariq Simons won his opening match defeating Vincent Boisvert in straight sets 6-1, 6-4.
Trey Mallory would also advance after he defeated Dylan Powell 6-3, 7-5 and Benjamin Jones won the final match of the evening defeating Evan Heyliger 6-2, 6-4.
The Semi-Finals will see Simons face off against Jones, while Manders and Mallory will do battle in the other Semi-Final.
